I am currently part of the Product Strategy Team at Optum, UHG, in the risk adjustment space. I have been actively leading the product development and roadmap prioritization for one of the high-growth initiatives for the business, helping providers and payers with patient\'s accurate condition assessment. Before my MBA, I worked as a Consultant at Deloitte USI in the real estate and strategy portfolio. I spearheaded product development for CRE Analytics, a suite of executive dashboards and inbuild analytics, enabling multi-million dollar sales. Apart from acquiring skills and knowledge through professional experience, I also had my fair share of learnings from holding positions of responsibility during my education - Consulting club head at SIBM Pune, Cultural Secretary at VNIT Nagpur.
