Provide day-to-day operations and support for the EUC and enterprise systems environment.Provide support for GAF plants with network infrastructure setup and services.Provide support for updating and patching security software services. Provide Tanium endpoint administration and support for enterprise systems. Provide SentinelOne administration for supporting enterprise systems.Deploy, Update and upgrade applications and software via Tanium endpoint management system.Provide onsite and remote support to end-users via beyond trust remote support tool. Troubleshoot issues relating to laptops, desktops, printer\'s, network pheriprials, wifi AP\'s, routers, and switches.Image laptops, desktops tablets, via Tanium server. Manage users and computers and OU in AD.Update all assets in the asset management system. Provide technical knowledge and educate users on new technologies via techbar booth. Configure and set up zebra printers and labelers for GAF warehouses and WMS management systems. Work with various technical teams to structure the most effective method of serving the end-users.Manage all tickets via SNOW (ServiceNow) ticketing system.
