I relish the give and take in both live and virtual classrooms. My engaging delivery, sparked by my acting experience, translates to my making technical topics understandable. I tailor my lessons to my audiences and constantly evaluate whether my training impacts their job performance through conscientious follow-up and partnership with my learners and their managers. I pioneered blended learning concepts that combined face-to-face instruction with online training. In addition, I have developed and delivered \"Train the Trainer\" courses and materials for managerial and technical personnel, which more than tripled the “bandwidth” of qualified trainers.
