ABOUT SAFIULLAH SAFIULLAH EBRAHIM TAHA

I am an Operations and Program Manager with experience across humanitarian action, policy research, and diplomatic institutions, working on issues related to conflict-affected and post-conflict contexts in Afghanistan and the Middle East.I currently oversee operations at Serve the City Paris, where I manage multi-program activities, volunteer systems, partnerships, and service delivery for refugee and migrant communities. My work focuses on operational efficiency, stakeholder coordination, and translating institutional missions into measurable programs.Previously, I worked with the Afghan Institute for Strategic Studies, where I coordinated high-level international conferences and dialogues, including the Herat Security Dialogue and regional platforms involving Central Asia, Iran, India, and Afghanistan. These roles required discretion, coordination with international stakeholders, and engagement with policy, security, and academic actors.I also served at the Embassy of Afghanistan in Cairo as Personal Assistant to the Ambassador, supporting diplomatic engagements, correspondence, and institutional coordination in a sensitive governmental environment.I bring strong experience operating across cultures, institutions, and political contexts, supported by fluency in Arabic, Persian/Dari, Pashto, English, and French. I am particularly interested in roles related to regional programs, institutional partnerships, policy-adjacent initiatives, and humanitarian or stabilization efforts in the Middle East and conflict-affected regions.
