My primary speciality is employment law - I represent both employees and employers in a wide variety of areas including unfair and wrongful dismissal, all forms of discrimination (such as sex, race, disability, religion, pregnancy, and sexual orientation), breach of contract, TUPE, and redundancy. I also act in judicial mediations and civil claims arising out of employment relationships. I regularly provider seminars, webinars and in-house training (including mock tribunals) to clients on a variety of employment law matters.I also represent clients in personal injury claims, often arising out of employment related scenarios, but also including road traffic accidents and other trips and slips.I am accredited to undertake work on a direct access basis.
