ABOUT SAFI TERYWALL
I am a recent LLB graduate from the University of Liverpool, recognised for my confidence, focus, and outgoing nature. I’m currently undertaking an internship at ISanctuary, an asset tracing company that specialises in blockchain-based investigations. This experience has sparked a strong interest in financial crime, particularly in how forensic investigations and compliance measures can prevent illicit activity and promote transparency in global markets. As part of my commitment to deepening my knowledge in this area, I recently attended the International Economic Crime Symposium in Cambridge, which broadened my understanding of the evolving legislation surrounding economic crime and financial regulation. Alongside my academic and professional pursuits, I’ve played Korfball at Local, County, SERL, National, and International levels, with the honour of representing England on multiple occasions. The skills I’ve developed through my athletic career - teamwork, leadership, and performing under pressure - are qualities I am eager to carry into my professional journey. I look forward to applying these strengths in environments where I can continue to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
