SafeSol-The Clever Little Chemicals Company. SafeSol specialise in chemical consultancy, Huwa-San technology, unique own brand products and manufacture of chemicals. SafeSol sell innovative and original products that fall into two distinct product ranges: Industrial Chemicals We specialise in Huwa-San technology that can be used for water, air and surface disinfections. We also supply peroxide testing strips, kits and constant dosing equipment. Huwa-San is an excellent multipurpose biocide that can be used for water disinfection including constant dosing where a small amount of chemical is added to a water system to prevent legionella bacteria. Huwa-San is registered on the Biocidal Product Register (BPR) under product type 2-5. PT5 includes disinfection of human and animal drinking water. Pet Products SafeSol has introduced a new range of pet products on our Pethical website These include own brand formulations SweetPee and GumDrops which we have developed to provide an excellent Pet Stain and Odour Eliminator and Pet Dental Hygiene Additive. We sell our pet products to the domestic and international markets. Product Development We are involved in research and development with the University of the West of Scotland (UWS) to improve our products and knowledge. Our new product Delta T has been designed to be added to heating and chilled closed water systems. It is formulated to reduce energy costs and cut companies carbon dioxide emissions by 15%. Current Projects Companies are tasked with reaching Carbon NetZero by 2050 and SafeSol are keen to provide advice and products that can help. Traditionally legionella is controlled using temperature however HSG274 part 2 offers an alternative. Legionella can be controlled by the addition of a biocide to a system. Using Huwa-San as a constant dose chemical, the temperature of hot water can be reduced to 40C saving in factories and hotels. We provide legionella control advice.
