ROLES: Participant Recruiter Project Manager Event ManagerRESPONSIBILITIES- As a Coordinator, I work to find the very best research participants for User ExperienceResearcher\'s wide range of research efforts- I work closely with members of the UX Research Participant Recruitment teamsupporting researchers (handled 10 Research Studies) for various Google products(Naksha, Visual Search, Drag & Release (patterns), Language Settings, YouTubeNotifications, NBU Day in Life, Muntzert, Voice Search, Duo App, Allo App, GooglePlay Store (Play Atlas) etc- Collaborate with researchers to understand their study objectives, clarify participantrequirements and plan the logistics of recruitment support- Operate with awareness of our ethical obligations to our participant candidates, includinginformed consent and privacy concerns- Using my strong communication skills, I effectively contact members of the public toconfirm their suitability for studies and schedule their participation in a variety of studyformats- Recruit research participant candidates drawn from enrollees in our public program,customer lists, and employee referrals- Scrutinize study specifications and planned assessments to ensure quality data is gatheredfrom the study participants- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, and appropriate qualifications usingonline questionnaire responses and phone interviews- Coordinate the logistics of user research, including participant scheduling, facilityscheduling, and distribution of incentives- Adhere to ethical codes related to conducting user research at Google- Vendor Management (Incentives handling, Event Management & Recruitment vendors)was also a strong area of my expertise- Planning advertising events to drive new sign ups to Google UX participant pool.
