   Provide technical leadership in the development of comprehensive social and behavior change communication (SBCC) strategy for key WASH practices that link with and enhance the other project components. • Coordinate revision and validation of all technical aspects of SBCC implementation with local and partners and artistic groups, ensuring a unified and effective approach to achieving expected outcomes.• Organize and conduct training as appropriate. Develop a training program and proper delivery methodology for training of trainers (ToT).• Lead the design process and dissemination of appropriate messages, effective and targeted, to increase knowledge about WASH (particularly school WASH); foster a supportive community environment in which key influencers reinforce positive behaviors in WASH; and reduce barriers for vulnerable populations to adopt WASH practices.• Provide technical assistance in developing and implementing communication strategies and materials, through all phases from formative research, through design, media, and materials production, community mobilization, and evaluation. • Accompany the artistic groups in the SBCC learnings and other WASH knowledge acquisition to ensure interventions quality in the field as part of overall responsibilities to oversee and ensure follow-up of SBCC activities in the communities.• Contribute to the development of external project communications materials, such as case studies, lessons learned, success stories, and social media content.• Contribute to the development of annual workplans, M&E Plan, and program progress reports and reviews.
