For the last 7 years, I have been helping corporate professionals, MNCs, educational institutions, etxc, in developing the measurable and impactful training programs for their learners and teams from pre-primary, K10, K12, corporate, and higher education domain.With strong experience in Healthcare, Finance, Automotive industry, I utilize various adult learning and instructional design principles, like ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick model, Bloom\'s taxonomy, Gagne\'s 9 levels of learning, etc, to make WBT of distinct levels, ILT, V-ILT, job aids, simulations (Show me, Try me, Test me, etc.), assessments, Design documents, curriculum plans, audio script, Job aids, guided walkthroughs, workflows, etc.Further, to enhance LxD and UxD, I use scenario-based learning and blended & flipped learning. I specialize in enabling solutions for the various ERP tools (like SAP and its various modules) with the help SAP enable now and DAP platform like Walkme, etc.Apart from this, I have good hands-on experience in various tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Audacity, etc.Also, I have expertise in project management, tasks assignment, project planning, client interaction, Agile methodologies, Scrum, etc-As an Automotive and Travel blogger, I have more than followers on Instagram.Previously, I have collaborated with Royal Enfield (RE), Honda Bigwing for promoting their products, bikes, and creating reels and content for them on Instagram.I was the first one in India to get the RE new generation Reborn Classic 350 and Meteor 350 for promotion and creating content on my IG account. And, I was featured on RE official Instagram page. Also, I have collaborated with Honda Bigwing for reviewing their bikes. Further, they featured me on their official Kanpur showroom launch video. And I was featured on Honda India Bigwing official IG page.
