Saeed Shamshiri received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2011. He received his Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Tehran, Iran, in 2002 and 2005 respectively.He has published over 20 papers in the field of test, reliability, and availability of computer architectures.Specialties: 1. VLSI Testing and Verification: NoC testing and reliability, processor testing, BIST, online testing, software based self testing, Design for Testability (DFT), formal verification, and decision diagrams.2.
