1. Founder and CEO

   Rubikamp

   Dec 2020 — Present

   I virtually founded a campaign named RubiKamp in my home country, Iran during pandemic. The goal of this campaign is teaching programming, robotics, English, and entrepreneurship alongside of soft skills to junior-high school kids in a 1-year long free workshop. I helped raise money to modernize the village library, including buying a projector and four laptops. I designed the organizational chart and found professionals to fill the position for free or part time employee to convert it to small organization. I learned multiple soft skills like systematization of an organization, networking, writing job description and hiring qualified employee, assessment of system for improvement and financial management. In 2 years of its foundation, we supported 25 teenagers and networked with high tech company in Iran such as DigiKala to open internship position for RubiKamp’s students.
