I am a licensed Professional Engineer (Ontario and Manitoba) and PMP with 8+ years of experience delivering major design-build and P3 transit and municipal infrastructure projects across Canada, including LRT systems, bridges, culverts, retaining structures, highways, and buildings. I bring a strong structural engineering foundation combined with practical project delivery and construction coordination experience.I currently work with the City of Ottawa as a Project Manager supporting Confederation Line Stage 2 Construction and Operations & Maintenance. My focus includes coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supporting project controls (risk, schedule, reporting), contributing to contractual documentation, and helping drive successful commissioning and turnover to operating teams.Before joining the City, I supported Ottawa’s Stage 2 LRT with Kiewit as a Project/Design Coordinator, Assistant Design Manager, and Structural (Bridge) Engineer within the KEV joint venture (Kiewit, VINCI, Eurovia). I worked closely with designers (WSP, Hatch), contractors (PCL, Bird), and City/AHJ partners to manage RFIs/submittals, resolve field issues, support occupancy and commissioning, and maintain audit-ready records.
