Saeed Aria (formerly Eslami) is an accomplished Augmented Reality (AR) veteran and serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in software development for industrial and construction applications. During his tenure at Hensel Phelps, he spearheaded the development of over 150 applications, focusing on AR/VR technologies tailored to enhance construction technology.In 2016, Saeed launched VisualLive, a software company designed to democratize access to augmented reality in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) market globally. VisualLive provides user-friendly, off-the-shelf AR software compatible with Microsoft HoloLens, Android, and iOS, significantly boosting jobsite productivity. Today, VisualLive is recognized as a pioneering platform in the AEC sector, used by 52% of the Top 100 Contractors in the U.S.Following the acquisition of VisualLive by Unity in March 2021, Saeed took on the role of Head of AEC Industry Vertical at Unity, where he successfully managed the seamless transition of technology, clients, and company operations over 18 months.In 2023, Saeed founded SpaceTags, an innovative AR company focused on asset data visualization and procedural training.Saeed is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, a contributor to sector publications, and an advisor to political and economic leaders, as well as startups in Arizona, on industry development and strategic positioning.
