   At PPG Group, I took ownership of building a Smart Manufacturing Analytics Dashboard that completely changed how production teams monitor and act on data. I worked closely with operations and engineering to bring together data from PLCs, MES, and maintenance logs into Snowflake using Airflow, dbt, and SQL. This helped create real-time Power BI dashboards that track OEE, defect rates, and throughput across multiple plants.One of my most impactful contributions was deploying predictive maintenance models in Python that analyzed sensor and downtime history to anticipate machine failures. This initiative reduced unexpected equipment breakdowns by 22% and cut manual reporting efforts by 70% through automated executive summaries.I also implemented AWS Lambda–based anomaly detection, so supervisors now get real-time alerts and can respond before issues escalate. This role has sharpened my skills in ETL, data modeling, cloud solutions (AWS), predictive analytics, and stakeholder communication. Beyond the technical work, it feels great to see how data-driven insights are improving efficiency and decision-making across plants.
