I\'m one of the founders of the Architecture Force - an agile CoP of ~35 architects that form the product portfolio of high-compute ECUs at Mercedes. We hands-on design, implement and govern them through all stages of lifecycle. Especially I enjoy investing in our teams by mentoring and coaching. We started with a SAFe transition in 2022 and I\'m supporting to converge the economical view with our agile environment.

Often the blockers with highest potential for otimization reside in ones own personality. For the sake of better collaboration Sadri learned from experience and personal mentorship how to discover and tackle these issues, not only inside himself, but also at team members and team level. Trust is a valuable property you don\'t obtain for free. Following principles, maintaining virtues, revealing the sense of doing, aligning objectives and behaving with integrity are key factors to enable a team. Especially committmens and taking of responsibility come from inside, not from an external obligation. Often this point is somehow disregarded although it is a very natural fact. Thus Sadri constantly works on improving his own and the team\'s social skills and you\'ll see. this creates the stage for an emergent, responsive and successful process of team development.
