I then went on to build out Engineering, Finance, GTM, and HR teams at Warner Bros, Yahoo, and Disney before joining Pinterest in its founding year. At Pinterest, I held several key roles: Founding International Recruiter—where I built and scaled the company\'s first five international offices and teams around the globe—Executive Recruiter, Head of Business Recruiting, and Principal Recruiter. Partnering closely with the Co-Founder, CEO, and CHRO, I played a pivotal role in helping Pinterest grow from 100 to over employees and through its IPO.In 2021, I left Pinterest to start Mindful Talent Group, LLC, a boutique talent advisory and recruiting firm with clients spanning tech, venture capital, and private equity.
