Drive manpower planning, budgeting, and forecasting based on business requirements, ensuring optimal staffing and productivity.• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout, onboarding, and induction aligned with NABH standards.• Handle locum arrangements during manpower shortages and ensure timely documentation and agreements.• Oversee onboarding formalities, background verification, confirmation processes, and policy orientation for new employees.• Administer payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and compliance updates while maintaining 100% data accuracy in HRMS (HR-One).• Monitor shift planning, duty rosters, discipline, and punctuality to maintain smooth operations and workforce efficiency.• Lead employee engagement initiatives, reward & recognition programs, and performance management reviews to enhance retention and morale.• Address grievances and disciplinary issues with transparency and fairness, ensuring a healthy and compliant workplace culture.• Coordinate training and development programs, identify learning needs, and encourage employee participation for continuous growth.• Generate and maintain HR MIS, dashboards, attrition reports, recruitment trackers, and monthly HR presentations for leadership review.• Drive HR digitization initiatives and streamline HR processes through HR-One for a seamless hire-to-exit experience.
