Chartered Fellow People Director with over 25 years’ experience designing and delivering people strategies across large, complex organisations. My background spans Veterinary, Food Retail, Logistics/Supply Chain, Funeralcare, Legal Services, and Corporate Support Centres bringing breadth, agility, and perspective to every challenge. I have a strong track record in building and leading centralised shared services, centres of excellence, and transformation programmes. This includes organisational change (expansions, outsourcing/insourcing, relocations, TUPE) and culture initiatives focused on wellbeing, inclusion, and performance. I’ve also driven HR technology innovation through HRIS, self-service, automation, and AI, delivering over £1m in recurring cost savings in the past 18 months while enhancing efficiency and colleague engagement.Partnering closely with the Chief People Officer and C-suite, including direct business partnering with the CEO of Ireland, I lead multi-discipline hybrid teams across the UK and IE, covering Employee Relations, People and Business Services, Policy and Colleague Experience, People Data and Insight, and Locum Engagement/Compliance.
