As a senior at Boston College, I\'m pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from the Carroll School of Management. Currently, I contribute to Boston College\'s fundraising efforts as a Call Center Supervisor at the Cadigan Alumni Center, leveraging my understanding of psychology and marketing to manage a team of 40 student callers who engage alumni and potential donors effectively. As a student leader with 4Boston, I lead small group reflections on community, spirituality, and social justice. I coordinate volunteer schedules, ensuring effective collaboration between our members and community service sites through proactive communication, in addition to tutoring elementary school students weekly, offering both academic and personal mentorship.
