As Director of the Herzog Foundation Institute, Sadie has the privilege to combine for business background, her love for education, and her experience in non-profit management to grow healthy schools. She facilitates transformational learning experiences through the Herzog Institute running trainings on Donor Development, Marketing, Culture Building, Succession Planning, Board Leadership, and so much more. Since launching the Institute in 2021, she has served 8,540 school leaders and educators from 1,500 schools representing more than children in K-12 Christian education across 48 states.Sadie serves on the board of Providence School of Arts, a small Christian school providing quality Christian education to an underserved community in East KC. As a proud Northland Christian School and The King’s College alumna, Sadie is, in more ways than she can count, indebted to the impact of Christian education on her life.
