Acting as a key partner between the business product owners, development, and technical delivery teams. Oversee quality controls for assigned product features for Bare metal server, Hosted private server and Public clouds. Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and use cases to meet short-term objectives in alignment with established testing strategies. Work closely with Senior Product manager and directors to execute testing strategies and capabilities. Identify and track trends, defects, and automation gaps and analyze market and competitors. Prepare UAT outcomes and metrics for product, technical, and business teams. Create and manage production deployment testing timelines. Provide regular updates to the Sr Product Manager to sign off on code-deployments and recommend Go/No-Go. Manage ticketing triage; identify bugs vs features and escalate to appropriate team. Identify issues, risks, and dependencies new and existing products. Actively drive communication and testing remediation.
