ABOUT SADIA BEGUM

With over nine years of experience in early childhood education, I’m currently the principal at a nursery, leading a wonderful and supportive team. I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredible management teams in the past, which has really shaped my approach to leadership. I’m deeply passionate about what I do, and I truly love my job.I hold a qualification in early childhood education and have developed strong skills in teaching, communication, and working with children from diverse backgrounds. In my role, I lead our team of educators and support staff, ensuring that we deliver high-quality education, maintain safeguarding standards, and comply with all regulations. I also play a key part in developing and bringing to life our nursery’s vision, mission, and values, which focus on fostering bilingualism, intercultural understanding, and global citizenship in our children.We’re dedicated to giving our children the very best start in life. We teach them about the world beyond their own, introducing them to different cultures and experiences, and inspiring them to become global citizens. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child’s development is supported, from their social and emotional growth to their academic learning. I love working closely with parents, colleagues, and external partners to make sure we’re all working together to give the children the best possible foundation for their future.
