Assist technical personnel in the Gram Panchayats and Block to develop VPRP integrated multiyear GPDP (Detailed Project Report) prioritising critical activities for comprehensiveness and saturation of NRM activities (Land and water related interventions including livelihood and involvement of women in the processt, Incorporating those in GP and block development plan (GPDP and PSDP)Help in technical design and estimates of structures with focus on integrating watershed principles in the implementation of various govemment programa related to NRMHelp Panchayats and Block to prepare livelihood plans around created NRM and farm for the community following Agriculture Production Cluster approach.Help the GP and Block functionaries in implementing NRM based livelihood plans.Helping community to undertake farm and allied activities targeting the land and resources adopting agro-ecological sustainability principles.Mobilizing farmers around producer groups/farmer producers organisations in the Agriculture Production Cluster (APC)/Integrated Farming Cluster (IFC) to implement the livelihood plans for income enhancement.Regular engagement around field demonstration, new technology demonstration, handholding support to stakeholders at the grassroots (SHG institutions, Gram Panchayat, frontline workers of the line departments of government) for proper implementation of farm and allied ävelihood activities.Developing reports, documents, data, case stories, etc, related to field act required by PRADAN and block administration.
