At ABInbev, my role is to support the Legal Team including the Associate Director and Head Legal with varied legal matters including legal advisory to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal matters including business transactions, excise, supply chain and logistics, sales and distribution etc; provide strategic legal counsel on legal implications of business decisions and recommending appropriate course of action; draft, negotiate and review transactional documents; manage litigation portfolio as well as trademark portfolio; collaborate cross-fuctions to resolve disputes, etc.
