Sadhana Deshmukh has rich experience in the Industry as well as in Academics. She has total work experience of 28 years; 11 years in the Industry and 17 years in the education field. Her industry experience includes working with IBPS( Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) as a Supervisor and research assistant & with CETC ( Continuing Education and training center) as a content developer and Head trainer. As a trainer she has conducted 100+ programs on varied topics. To name the few companies where the programs were conducted – Grant Thorton, Scope international, Bank of America, Tyco, Kotak Mahindra Bank. She was associated with IBS Bangalore for 12 years as a senior faculty and Head of soft skills and Business communication. She was a National Head for Vertical Soft Skills & Aptitude with iNurture Education Solutions.Currently she is associated with NitteDU as the Director - Staff Development Centre.
