   Lead the development of Trimble’s quality culture to ensure employees are aligned with the company’s quality vision. Ensure all Trimble sites are in compliance with applicable Corporate, U.S, and International quality and regulatory requirements. Ensure all aspects of quality, regulatory, and compliance for Trimble, including responsibility for establishing strategic plans, and standardized policies and procedures, to ensure all programs will meet and/or exceed internal and external customer needs and expectations. Enforce, through each division, procedures and processes for maintaining high standards of quality. Implement and manage the corrective and preventive action process. Conduct and document CAPA investigations from audit findings.
