As a Graphics and Print Technology Intern at Belmark Inc, a leading packaging and printing manufacturer, I played a role in the end-to-end process of creating visually compelling and technically precise packaging solutions. My responsibilities included collaborating to create innovative packaging concepts that met both aesthetic and functional requirements. My main role was ensuring that all digital artwork was optimized for print, considering factors such as color accuracy, resolution, and material compatibility.Working closely with the Launch team, I gained hands-on experience with cutting-edge printing technologies. I was responsible for conducting quality checks, troubleshooting any issues that arose, and ensuring that the final samples met the highest industry standards.Throughout my internship, I honed my skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, as well as specialized prepress software. I also developed a strong understanding of the complexities involved in translating digital designs into tangible products, learning to balance creativity with technical precision.Graphics Experience: Folding Cartons, Flexible Packaging, Pressure Sensitive Labels, and Flexible Shrink Sleeves.Equipment Experience: Mimaki UCJV300 Series Printers, CeraTek Heat Sealers, Herrmann Ultrasonics Zipper Installers.
