Responsible for Design & Development of all Bajaj/ KTM/ Chetak (EV) Bike and Scooter Headlamps, Taillamp, DRL, blinkers etc. and Reporting to VP R&D. My role includes, Coordinating with BAL Styling Studio for initial CAS development for lighting components and feasibility check (packaging, regulatory, Aesthetic, vibrational,thermal, DFA, DFM, DFS with cost effective solutions ) for HL, TL, POL, DRL and blinkers during clay model development phase. Project Leading and coordinating with Vendors, KTM Design team in Austria, Bajaj Vehicle team & other internal departments, for Design & Development of Lamps before and after Tooling release. Failure Analysis and finding the root cause. Providing solutions to overcome the failure based on the root cause Analysis. Proficient with NX, CATIA, Lucidshape and Ansys SPEOS.Project Undertaken- KTM RC 390/RC 200/ RC 125 and 3 more vehicles yet to launch including 1 EV. Coordinating internal Test & Validation team for the lamps photometry measurements using Goniometer.
