About Sade Ojuola
My greatest joy is facilitating spaces where people can come together and feel a sense of belonging. Everyone deserves to be seen and valued for who they are - what a gift to work in a field where that\'s the mission! As the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) Operations Lead at Reddit, I support the larger People & Culture team to help create a strong, inclusive (and fun!) culture where everyone can thrive. I also facilitate courses with Rise for Racial Justice. We work with educators and parents to prepare, support, and empower them to rise for racial justice for young people, families, and schools. In 2023, we began partnering with the Dreamkeepers Initiative and the City of San Francisco to teach our courses to Black SF residents. It\'s been incredible to support this movement toward reparations and help equip a new cohort of community activists with research knowledge. On a personal note — I\'m an obsessive traveler, avid home baker, and forever meditation student. I always welcome a good recipe, and may reward you with desserts. Let\'s connect!
