My job Responsibilities and Duties are given below- Site Management & making monthly schedule of site activities and working as per schedule. Preparation of Checklist for Civil/Interiors works and checks on a daily basis. Carry out Audit of Sub-contractors at site as scheduled in the Project Quality Plan. Issuing Quality snags to the sub-contractors for the installation works. Inspection for all RCC work up to interior finishing. Co-ordination with Architect for solving any drawing issue and generate the RFI. Technical supervision for all finishing work as Brick work, Plaster work, acrylic painting, waterproofing work, Tiles/Stone Flooring, Wall cladding, Wooden Works, & POP work Etc. Prepare running billings, verification and certification the quantities as per drawings or executed work. Leading weekly quality walkthrough with client and subcontractor and preparing the observation report, Report sending to sub-contractor for compliance if compliance report not received within one week then raising NCR. Organize the site meeting in the couple of weeks with Architect and Client to check the work quality and execution. Execute the work according to site layouts and site requirements.(Civil, Structure, Interior and MEP services). Prepared Construction Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities, Labor and Material Schedules, DPR & MPR of residential buildings and commercial buildings. Review and assessment of contractor variation and change submissions. Management of civil engineering interface with multiple stakeholders. Drafting in the Auto CAD Drawing.
