The main duties include identifying and implementing the design of research and program evaluation systems that use qualitative methods, the creation and readiness of study materials such as tools and instruments, the management of fieldwork, and thematic data collection and analyses (sometimes mixed methods\' data - STATA, REDCap, & MAXQDA), as well as report writing. The job also entails working with clinical providers and CHWs to disseminate clinical research tools (flyers, etc), implement clinical trial methods, and document data for future comparison uses. It also involves presenting research results to fellow researchers, colleagues, other departments, and funders, including formal presentations at conferences, when possible, as well as conducting literature reviews, and assisting with manuscripts and other documents.
