Headquartered in Ann Arbor MI and having operations in multiple cities of USA, providing services in Multiple countries. Client POC interaction, MSP interaction daily along with the resume submissions to 15 clients. Daily interact with the Account Managers, Team Leads and Recruiters to see quality submissions are happening to all the clients. Track all the interview schedules, Feedback, Revenue Generation are on the daily tasks list. BCBSM, NBCU, Lumen, Marriott International, US Tech Solutions, Thermofisher, Novartis, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, Capital One, are the few of the client directly handling for all the requirements and submitting quality resumes from the Recruitment teams. Each AM will have two leads and each Lead will have 5 Recruiters to handle. Total staff of 65 members to handle and get the revenue generated From the quality submissions I have generated a revenue of $500/hr for TekWissen in the span of 3 months.
