Driving Operational efficiency : Deploy of MS operating model in organisation and with partners –new way of work and enhance culture to improve Network experience 2.Driving Cost efficiency in Operation :Yearly planning for Capex and Opex in coordination with business Timely and detailed validation of the power and fuel bills. Taking different power saving initiatives such as FCU, controlling AC unit operation as per the requirements, ID to OD conversion, controlling DG run. etc 3.Tx cost optimization.Increasing Telenor NLD traffic contribution by commissioning NLD MGW in all Circles and timely augmentation of E1s form different operators.4. Regulatory compliance: close coordination with TERM cell for EMF testing, submission of self EMF certificates, roll out obligations, monthly database of the NW, etc 50% DHQ and 15 % BHQ testing completed with TERM cell.5.Managing the NW with 4500 sites, Three MSC locations and 22 BSC locations with 60 % Nw with NSN and 40 % Nw with Huawei equipment.
