As a Principal Lead and Hands-On Product Leader, I own the architectural design, product roadmap, and overall strategy for our digital foundations, data services, and Agentic AI Center of Excellence (CoE).​I believe the most transformative technology requires a pragmatic product mindset. Not every business problem needs a Generative AI solution. My focus is on separating hype from reality—identifying high-impact use cases where AI drives actual, measurable business value.​When GenAI is the right tool, my mission is to drive the enterprise shift from standard conversational wrappers (chatbots) to autonomous, multi-agent systems that fundamentally rewire and automate complex business processes across global lines of business.​I champion a \"Builder-PM\" culture—combining high-level product vision with deep technical design authority. To turn ambitious AI strategy into production-grade reality, my core focus areas include:​Pragmatic ROI & AI Evaluation: Driving strict LLMOps and rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, safety, and true business value before scaling.​Agentic Systems & Applied AI: Designing and scaling autonomous agents that execute real-world business logic, moving beyond basic chat interfaces to deliver massive enterprise automation.​Modern AI & Data Stacks: Architecting high-performance AI ecosystems and data pipelines leveraging Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AWS.​Platform Engineering Strategy: Treating internal infrastructure as a tier-1 product.
