ABOUT SADAL FOFANA

With over four years of experience in accounting and financial planning, I am a passionate and driven group accounting director at ARESIA, a global leader in aerospace and defense solutions. My core competencies include overseeing all aspects of accounting operations and tax preparations, coordinating the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, and ensuring a high level of quality in all accounting production. I am also committed to continuous improvement of the recently implemented accounting tools and processes, and to supporting the deputy CFO in strategic decision-making. I enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative environment, where I can leverage my diverse perspectives and experiences to contribute to the organization\'s mission and vision.In my current role, I manage a team of 12 people, who are responsible for the accounting and tax functions of ARESIA\'s international subsidiaries. I also collaborate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators, to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. I have successfully led several projects, such as the transition to a new accounting software, the optimization of the intercompany reconciliation process. Through these projects, I have demonstrated my skills in financial accounting, financial audits, financial reporting, and team leadership. I am always eager to learn new skills, and to challenge myself with complex and diverse tasks.
