CLAYLAB initiative was started by 3 Teach For India Fellows on 27th April 2020 with an aim to support their students who had just cleared their 10th board exams. It supports students from marginalized communities or low-income families.\\\\nIt is a volunteering opportunity where Mentors support a student (mentee) by giving 2 hours of time commitment every week for 1 year.\\\\nAs a mentor, I provide regular support to these kids over telephonic conversations/virtual platforms. Along with educational guidance, as a mentor, I focus on the interpersonal growth of the mentee and his coping mechanisms or avoidance strategies if any. Through this mentorship, I aim to provide a safe space for my mentee, 21st-century skills, Awareness & Exposure.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
