With over 15 years of experience in structured finance law, I am an Executive Director at UBS, where I support the CIG CLO team in the Asset Management division. I provide legal advice and guidance on the origination, structuring, execution, and distribution of CLO transactions, as well as on regulatory and compliance matters. I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality and timely legal solutions for complex and innovative deals, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Before joining UBS (via merger with Credit Suisse), I was a Vice President and Senior Counsel at Goldman Sachs, where I advised on various structured finance products, including CMBS, CRE CLOs and BSL CLOs. I also have extensive experience in rating agency analysis and criteria, having worked as an Assistant Vice President and Legal Counsel at Moody\'s Investors Service for over seven years. I hold a LL.M. in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Fordham Law School, and a LL.B. from King\'s College London. I am passionate about the field of structured finance, and I strive to continuously learn and improve my skills and knowledge.
