Strategy & Planning Business Operations Manager @Cisco

Operations Services: Shape strategy and inform important business decisions with actionable data-driven insights. Create alignment across Operations programs and services globally, including Sales Compensation, Pricing, Data Analytics, Data Services, Data Science and Technical Support Alignment: Develop strong relationships and bridge cross-functional and cross-cultural points of view to advance thinking and solutions across a multitude of projects and programs • Build visibility through a central repository of process, minimize complexities & optimize to promote effective operations • Drive and create a single source of truth for content to all internal and external audience types Strategic Planning: Budget Spend-to-Plan, Workforce Strategy • Manage OPEX Spend-to-Plan (Headcount, Contractors, Programs, Travel) • Budget planning and forecasting, spend analysis and communication • Workforce planning; maintain org structure - org charts, headcount and requisition management, • Vendor Management, analysis and providing insights on cost structure of outsource services, vendor consolidation and negotiations • Develop and execute plan for understanding the costs as we pivot business needs Communication: Highlight operational wins as well as areas of risk and opportunity within Central Operations. • Manage Internal Online Presence, Content Migration, Newsletters, Executive Communications • Drive collaboration and thought leadership with executive-level communications focused on priorities, key initiatives and top achievements Organization & People: Build and manage strategy for Performance Management, Training & Career Development, Events Planning and Culture • Assist Senior Leadership to prioritize and map their hiring and external resourcing to their business priorities • Develop holistic Operations knowledge cross-functionally and scale resource effectiveness through education and empowerment Brand & Reputation: • Ensure that Cisco is an amazing place to work
