As an analyst I am responsible for providing operational expertise and completing transaction management as per the requirement of clients. As a part of bank operation I was processing a loan data i.e Mortgage, Title Policy, Modification of mortgage, TD, Updating secondary market lenders chain in loan account. After that I was collecting data and developed detailed in spreadsheet to identify the work quality and maintain all the data in sheet to publish senior authorities as well as within team. Maintaining accurate records of all mortgage loans files and data and their location as well as ensuring the security. Performing regular audits of mortgage loan files as per the requirement and companies policy. Coordinating with third party vendor, such as title companies and custodial banks, to manage the transfer of mortgage loan documents.
