Leveraging my past experience with global markets, I drive the Go-To-Market strategy, with focus on verticalization, demand generation, partnerships, and branding. I work on addressing international markets to help i-Source achieve its business objectives. I am also driving growth with a focus on CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) as a Key Performance Parameter for i-Source. Sound Customer Relationship Management is a Key Success Factor for i-Source for greater credibility in the market. In addition, I am working on nurturing new large global accounts to transition i-Source to the position of Strategic Business Partner and Advisor to the target audience at large.
