   Responsible for providing CPaaS telecommunication services for global PSTN Calling and Conferencing traffic using Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Azure Communication Services. Proven leader and influencer of people, ensuring inclusiveness, diversity focus, and continual respect while leading large teams across global time zones. Manage and influence large team of Site Reliability Engineers, Operations Engineers, and Partner Operation Centers, driving high reliability and availability of services, both internally and with our external partners. Partner with and manage strong relationships with Microsoft’s strategic Telecommunications providers. Drive weekly service and quarterly business reviews with Carrier partners and internal stakeholders across various disciplines. Lead activities regarding network capacity forecasting & traffic management in close cooperation with internal stakeholders and carrier partners. Drive Operational Excellence by defining scalable processes, establishing standards, and industry best practices. Administer Azure Active Directory (AAD) security groups for access management and Azure DevOps (ADO) for efficient process flows. Provide input into product/service design improvements with focus on creating positive customer and partner experiences. Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence by contributing to metrics definitions, supplier/partner performance management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of service quality through analysis of intelligent telemetry, monitoring, and reporting.
