I am a Supply Chain Professional with four years of experience in Agrochemical and Pharmaceutical sector, offering a unique combination of creativity and analytical skills with the ability to deliver exceptional investigative and problem-solving solutions in Direct and Indirect Procurement and Global Logistics, Supply Chain Strategy, Supplier Relationship Management, and Make vs Buy Analysis. As a part of Tata Rallis (part of $100bn TATA group), I had the opportunity to work in various capacities in Agrochemical sector enabling me to have a holistic view of business and supply chain processes and develop my domain expertise. I managed raw material spend worth $15MM and Capital expenditure worth $11MM on an annual basis. I had the opportunity to lead a team while working in a cross-functional environment along with Project Management and Finance to set up a new plant as part of the expansion initiative and $5MM solar plant as part of the EHS initiative. Such experiences have honed my ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and helped me develop expertise in multi-tasking, problem-solving and effectively managing people and timelines.Currently, I am pursuing MBA in Supply Chain Management and Finance at Rutgers Business School to enhance my leadership skills and equip myself with skills such as Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain Strategies, Business Growth and Continuity and Data Analytics. I am interning at PwC Advisory as a Senior Associate in the Healthcare sector for the summer.I look forward to applying my analytical abilities and multi-layered problem-solving approach in advising clients/organizations about their strategic challenges and provide tailored solutions to achieve sustained growth.
