Working as a Scrum Master/RTE in NEW (Next Evolution of Work) an Enterprise level transformation initiative to establish consistent PODs on a lower level and defining OKRs on an enterprise level to trickle down as themes and features to those agile PODs. I lead the PODs in the PI Planning to define and plan the OKRs and epics which the team would work on for the next quarter in alignment with the enterprise objectives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, PI Planning, pre and post PI meeting, Scrum-of-Scrums, Demos, Epic decomposition. I am the lead back up for the RTE and work with them in reporting PG metrics to the Senior management team on a bi-weekly basis. I also lead Scrum of Scrums and Impediment, Risk and dependency management meetings. Supported TD\'s cards Journey, enhancing customer experience while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Currently working with Credit Modernization Platform working on providing helping small to medium businesses with credit to support their operations. Working on the Epic pipeline for the PG and working with the PGPO and PGTL on facilitating the delivery of those epics throughout the PI. Working cross-functionally to align PODs on their dependencies, aiding in aligning Product owners, Release management and POD deliveries.
