Build and launched the worlds first gen ai based automation platform which come up with multiple domain based features and use cases. Hands on experience in Generative AI and Conversational AI. My product is follows guardrails guidelines to enhancing the user experience and safety of AI-powered systems.We follow the Reinforcement Learning from AI Feedback (RLAIF) and Reinforcement Learning from human feedback (RLHF) Previously building a Cognitive Experience Platform which will help IT OPS teams to do better collaboration to resolve Incidents and reduce MTTR and which can bring more agility in the business.As part of PM role my day to day activities are-Leading Product strategy and driving the overall product roadmap Serve as the voice of the customer for the productSpeaking to clients and internal stakeholders to understand their empathy and propose innovative solutions to problems.Own and documenting product requirements, use cases and specifications in form user storiesAuthor and prioritize user stories for product features and functionsDriving the best customer experience.
