Led and delivered multi-stream projects with 80+ members across UI/UX, full-stack development, QA, content, and animation, ensuring seamless coordination and on-time delivery. Oversaw end-to-end SDLC, including scope definition, backlog prioritization, release planning, and execution. Directed all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and established velocity-based tracking and Gantt charts for workflow visibility.
