Working under RySS- NRO (National Resource Organization) Unit for Natural Farming RySS has been recognized as NRO for Natural Farming in India by DAY-NRLM, NITI Aayog & Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India since 2021. At present RySS as NRO is operational in 13 States (3 under State SRLMs: Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya & Rajasthan and remaining 11 States under NABARD-JIVA project & 5 States under NGOs/CSR Project(NRO Objective: is to Scale Natural Farming across 28 Indian States and 8 UT by forging new partnership with State Governments (SRLMs), Educational Institutions, NGOs etc.Activities Performed:1. Provide mentorship and support to NFA (Natural Farming Associates) working as State Anchors to partner States.2.Provide Support to Senior Leadership in terms of strategy designing, budgeting and deriving unit costs etc.3.Draft training modules, ECRP (External Community Resource Persons) Handbooks, document Case Studies4.Build co-ordination with partner SRLM States, NABARD etc.5. Provide need-based Support to INRO (International Relation Organizations) Unit for countries like Indonesia, Sri Lanka etc. to scale Natural Farming.
