Managing export of dangerous and non -dangerous goods in coordination with the shipping companyPreparing Pre-shipment documents for shipment – Custom Invoice, Packing List, Export Value, BL/ AWB Draft, Declaration and SDF.Preparing Post-shipment documents – Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin and other certificates required as per Consignee terms.Shipping Bill Submission in Bank in case of Advance Payment.Submission of Exports documents for EBRC.Preparing Outward Remittance Documents for making Advance Payment against Proforma Invoice for Import Shipments.Preparing documents for release of Import documents from Bank, arranging vehicle for import consignment.Bill of Entry submission in Bank of Import Shipment.Follow up with Bank for Debit Advice & EBRC.Also managing domestic shipments which include procurement of the material, invoicing & shipping.Checking All Bills related to Export & Import Shipments.Filing & Updating Various Statement in Computer for Export Shipment – FOB Statement, Payment Status, Statement, Shipment Status & CHA Bills Statement.Preparing Excel Sheet for GST Filing.
