My key responsibilities include: Manufacturing & Operations Management – Leading large-scale production with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity improvements. Process Optimization & Lean Manufacturing – Implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase output.
