I am a Senior IT and Academic Leadership Professional with 19+ years of experience bridging higher education, enterprise IT, and strategic administration. Currently, I serve as IT Head, Registrar, and Exam Controller at Nirmala College, Ujjain, leading digital transformation, curriculum development, and examination systems for over students. I’ve secured regulatory approvals (AICTE, NCTE) for new academic programmes and align educational operations with industry standards and compliance.My previous journey includes founding Angarak Metals Pvt. Ltd. and OZO Consultancy LLP, where I gained entrepreneurial expertise in strategy, operations, and business growth. Earlier roles at AIT and SGSITS, Ujjain, enabled me to streamline admissions, HR, and training & placement, while delivering process automation and academic quality improvements. With Tata Consultancy Services and AGS Transact Technologies, I managed ERP, POS, and HRMS projects for Fortune 500 clients, airports, and retail—gaining deep experience in project management and system integration.I hold a BE in IT, an M.Tech in Computer Networks, and am currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science & Engineering. I have published 11+ international papers in IoT, AI, quantum computing, and data mining.
